Registration Guidelines
A confirmation of registration by the organisers is required to participate in the 2025 Workshop: Progress in Solid Oxide Cell Systems from 08-09 May 2025. Registration is only possible via this website and will close on 24 April 2025. Registration after this date is not possible!
We kindly ask you to fill in the required fields completely and correctly when registering. Once registration is complete the invoice will be sent automatically to the e-mail address provided by the user.
Participants have to confirm they will inform themselves about the pandemic regulations applying on the day of the workshop.
Unfortunately, no registration is possible at the moment. We ask for your understanding.
Payment Guidelines
The participation fee is € 370 incl. VAT and includes:
the workshop presentations, hot/cold drinks during the workshop sessions and breaks, lunch, the dinner on the first evening.
The following means of payment are available:
Credit card (MasterCard or VISA)
PayPal
Participants are obliged to pay the participation fee within 14 days under quoting the invoice number. Amendments or cancellations regarding your participation must be sent via email to helpdesk@besl-eventagentur.de. Cancellation requests should be sent first to progress-in-soc-systems@dlr.de. Please refer to the following important deadlines for cancellation:
Until 31 March 2025: 100% refund minus a 25,00 € administrative fee
From 1 April 2024: No refund
Terms and Conditions
By registration for the 2025 Workshop: Progress in Solid Oxide Cell Systems from 08-09 May 2025 you agree to the terms and conditions of workshop participation. If you are registering on behalf of another individual, it is your responsibility to ensure the person participating is aware of these terms and accepts them. By completing the registration on behalf of another individual you are warranting that you have made the participant aware of these terms and that they have accepted these terms.
